One of the reasons we love our Harleys is because they vibrate excessively. My Fat-Bob Dyna sometimes vibrates like a jackhammer, and I’m good with that.
However, if the vibration causes your ignition switch to trip to “accessory,” it’s a bad thing.
The 2014 FXDL Dyna Low Rider has been recalled because the vibration can do exactly that, cause your bike to shut off when then the ignition switch trips from “on” to “accessory.”
If you own an FXDL Dyna Low Rider contact your local dealer immediately to determine if your bike is covered in the recall. Make sure to get it fixed as soon as possible.
